Short answer: The Rosie AI answering service (heyrosie.com) costs $49, $149 or $299 per month for 250, 1,000 or 2,000 minutes. It comes with a 7-day free trial and "2 months free" on annual billing (heyrosie.com/pricing, checked 2026-10-20). Most offices that need appointments booked straight onto a calendar or live call transfers will need the $149 Scale plan. Its site mentions plumbers, HVAC, electricians, salons and law firms.

Who Rosie is for

• Good fit: owner-operators and small offices (trades, property management, law firms, salons) who miss calls on the job and want a flat monthly price with a big minute allowance, Spanish coverage and a phone app.
• Weaker fit: dental and medical offices that need a HIPAA mention or BAA (none found on Rosie's site); shops that need native field-service or CRM integrations (Rosie's site names only Zapier); very low-volume callers who might pay less with per-call plans (see Upfirst vs Rosie).

Which plan should you pick?

• Professional ($49): for after-hours or overflow message-taking where a texted booking link is enough. 250 minutes is about 83 three-minute calls.
• Scale ($149): the first tier that books directly on your calendar and transfers live calls to your team. 1,000 minutes is about 333 three-minute calls.
• Growth ($299): for more than about 333 three-minute calls a month, or if you need waterfall transfers (tries several numbers) and custom training documents.
